Functional development and operation of "Jicoo," a schedule coordination tool that can be used by teams.

Jicoo, a schedule coordination tool for teams Jicoo is a team-oriented schedule coordination tool that automates tasks that do not require specialized skills or strategic thinking, such as schedule coordination. Jicoo is a product that reduces the amount of time spent on coordination work, increasing the amount of time that should be spent on the work that needs to be done, and raising the productivity of society as a whole. Jicoo provides its services through multiple user interfaces, including Web, iOS, Android, and Mac applications.

Jicoo's software engineers communicate with PMs and designers to discuss specifications and develop new functions. You will be involved in all aspects of product development, including improving existing functions, studying measures to deliver product value to users as quickly as possible, and operating infrastructure to ensure stable service provision.

Introduction of the team Our CEO has a background of starting up a startup from scratch and growing the business as CTO/CPO in charge until it was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market. We also have an engineer who has experience as the first engineer of a startup and was in charge of technology until the company went public, so you will be able to collaborate with members who have rich experience in growth from the initial phase of a startup.

Required Experience

• Experience in web application development and operation (any development language)
• Experience in web backend development
• Must be able to communicate in Japanese

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience proposing and implementing improvements that enhance the UX of a product (whether BE or FE)
• Experience developing services on Google Cloud Platform
• Experience developing web applications using Typescript and Next.js
• Experience leading projects as a tech lead
• Experience in validating and introducing services with the characteristics of new technologies

Work Hours	11:00～20:00 Including 1 hour break
