Improved and easier and smoother setup of payment functions

We've significantly improved the process for connecting your Stripe account to use Jicoo's pre-payment feature. Our new guided setup flow makes it easier and smoother for everyone to configure payment functionalities.

Key Improvements

  • Guided Setup Flow:

    • Clearly displays the necessary steps in 3 stages, from account connection to business information registration.
    • You can see the progress of each step at a glance, along with an estimated completion time (approx. 10 minutes), allowing you to proceed with confidence.
  • Improved Payment Settings Screen:

    • The Stripe connection process is now integrated within the familiar Jicoo Payment Settings screen.
    • It now clearly shows how much of the setup is complete and whether the pre-payment feature is available.
  • Reminders for Incomplete Setup:

    • Don't worry if you get interrupted during the Stripe connection process. We'll send you a reminder email tailored to your setup status once a week.
    • You can smoothly resume the setup using the link in the email.
  • Improved Business Information Form:

    • We've added change detection and checks for incomplete fields, making it easier to enter information accurately.
    • The interface has also been improved for more intuitive operation.
  • Visible Review Status:

    • You can now check the status of your account review by Stripe directly on the Jicoo screen.
    • You'll receive a notification upon review completion, allowing you to use the payment feature immediately.

How to Use

  1. Open the "Payment Settings" page from the dashboard menu.
  2. Follow the guide in the "Connect Payment Feature" section (or similar section name) to complete each step.
  3. Once all steps are completed and your account is approved by Stripe, the pre-payment feature on your booking page will be automatically enabled.
