Jicoo has launched “Jicoo Connect,” which includes a new technology (patent pending) that can automate the coordination of multiple appointments between three parties, including people outside the company, such as recruiters, by simply sharing a single appointment page URL.

This function allows people outside the company to be treated like team members registered on Jicoo and manage bookings. This is ideal for applications such as scheduling and shift management (patent pending on technology related to this function).

Recruiters can invite employers as external members of Jicoo, and since no registration is required, recruiters can smoothly request the input of candidate availability dates. (＊This technology is patent pending.)

Once a potential employer has entered a list of available dates, a fixed URL for the booking page can be issued, allowing for the automation of recruiting interviews and other intermediary activities with multiple candidates through a single booking page.

The rich functionality of the existing Jicoo booking page can be used without modification, allowing for flexible configurations to suit your needs.
