The company had to deal with the increasing number of meetings, double booking, and issuing URLs for online meetings. Although the industry itself has not yet been fully IT-enabled, A&A Consulting is unique in that it is not only face-to-face recruiting, but also online. Recently, more and more of our competitors and insurance companies have come to visit us for inspection.
As a ToC business, we attract customers mainly through promotion on social networking sites.
Specifically, we use mainly Instagram, and we employ a team of Instagrammers within the company, from which we acquire partnerships with influencers outside the company. We have our partner Instagrammers send out information about our company.
Many of the followers of the influencers who post money-related information from their daily messages are also interested in insurance, so we have them speak with our insurance sales staff as a consultation service.
Due to the nature of the medium, we have many young users in their 20s and 30s, especially women.
The average age of our salespeople is in their 30s, so we consult with members of the same generation. Our top-level salespeople receive approximately 50 appointments a week, or 200 appointments a month, at any given time.
