• Users who wish to coordinate dates with multiple guests by voting on dates without the intervention of a Jicoo host.

About the feature

The Intermediary function sends a URL for scheduling to each of the employers and job seekers without the intervention of the Jicoo host, and each of them can schedule interviews by simply deciding the date. This greatly reduces the time and effort required for traditional communication and coordination. In addition, online meeting URLs can also be automatically issued, and all previously manual work, such as reminder emails, can be automated and coordinated.

Setting of Candidate Dates

Candidate dates and times can be set at once in the calendar UI. Guests can vote for each other based on the candidate dates to complete the coordination.

Participation format

When you specify an Intermediary, you can set up a meeting between the guests who voted for the meeting. The host can also be present.

Sharing

You can issue a URL and share in email format. You can specify respondents and have them vote in order, or encourage them to vote at the same time.

Confirmation of Voting Results

Voting status can be checked in a list. You can resend an email to guests who have not yet voted. Once a guest's vote is confirmed, you can confirm the date and time.

Follow-up after confirmation

Automatic updates can be made to confirm the schedule and reminders can be sent out. Intermediary hosts can also check the schedule on the administration page.

From the Create Booking Page screen, select "Meeting Poll" to create the page.
