Multiple calendar connections and integrated appointment management

You can connect to multiple calendars (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook / Office365) for work, private, etc. and consolidate appointments.

Your own calendar will reflect the colors of the calendar you are connected to, and links to web conferences and notes will be shown in real-time and in sync.

Showing and registering appointments to the Jicoo calendar

Appointments booked on Jicoo will be shown with the name of the person you are meeting with. Form information entered at the time of booking can also be viewed immediately from the booking calendar. Of course, you can also join a web conference with a single click from the appointment screen.

Multi-Time Zone Show

Show multiple time zones on the calendar to allow time management across countries. What time would be good for a meeting in the U.S., France, or Japan? You can intuitively adjust the schedule on the calendar.

The calendar can be moved smoothly by touching and dragging to show the schedule.

Various customizations for a smart UI!

The period of time shown can be freely customized as 1 day, 7 days, or month, as well as XX days per week. You can show the same schedule overlaid on top of each other, or show all the schedules of multiple people together as a single schedule if they are difficult to see, such as for regular meetings.

How to use

Login to your team and go to the "Calendar" navigation on the dashboard.
