The new schedule voting feature will allow for scheduling of meetings with three or more attendees, taking into account the preferred dates and times of the attendees. This feature will allow Jicoo to be used in a wider range of situations, as it will be possible to coordinate with multiple guests.

By selecting multiple candidate dates and creating a schedule voting page and sharing it with 3 or more guests, you can automatically tally the participation or non-participation of the guests. The host can confirm the results and finalize the meeting date and time. There are also a full range of ancillary features such as email notifications when guests respond, acceptance completion emails, reminder emails, Slack notifications, and more.

Functions and Examples of Use

The schedule voting function allows you to confirm the preferred dates and times of participating guests before finalizing schedules for meetings between multiple companies or overseas meetings with time differences, such as those between the U.S. and the U.K. Jicoo also makes it possible to create voting pages and automatically tally the results of responses with simple operations, instead of using Excel or paper to tally dates and times internally or externally.
